Natalya is the 2024 recipient of the New Voices mentorship program grant with Soundstreams Theater, where she is currently producing and performing in “Grandma’s Shaw” - a musical exploration of cultural connections between Ukrainian and Indigenous people in Canada of the early 1900s. The project is showcasing modern Ukrainian and Canadian music by Indigenous composers. As a multifaceted creator, Natalya is also designing video, sound and costumes for this production.
